Tiffanie Burt serves as the Community Projects Manager and Government Relationships liaison at The City College of New York jointly under The Office of The President and the Office of Institutional Advancement, Communications, and External Relations. She also serves as the Communications Director and Executive Board Member for Know Your Rights BK, VP of Communications and Executive Board Member for the Vanguard Independent Democratic Party Association also known as VIDA, and writer for The Cincinnati Herald. She graduated with a BA in Communications with a Business Administration Minor from The University of Cincinnati and a Master’s from The City College of New York in Branding and Integrated Communications. She currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. 

Kayann Dell is a mother, educator, and fitness enthusiast. A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, she just concluded an advanced certification program at Bank Street College to obtain her School District License. She holds two Masters in Education from Saint John’s University and Baruch, respectively and graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a concentration in Business and Organization. For the past seventeen years, Kayann has been employed with the New York City Department of Education as a math teacher and assistant principal. Kayann’s passion for education highly contributes to her interest in assisting the community and being empathetic to those in need. Therefore, she is excited to give back to the organization and the biking community that has been integral in her growth in a short amount of time.

Obi Nwaigwe is a Business Analytics Specialist on the IEX Exchange team of IEX Group, Inc. in New York City. IEX Exchange facilitates the trading of U.S. equities, combining a transparent business model with innovative design and technology. Prior to IEX, Obi was an Associate with Bain Capital, assisting their portfolio companies for five years. He holds his MBA in Strategy from Northeastern University. In his free time, Obi serves as a committee member for Wall Street Rides Far (a cycling event benefiting the Autism Foundation),  is an Emerging Leaders Committee Member on The Security Traders Association of New York, Inc. (a membership association for individuals who trade securities or support the trading of securities) & a member of St. Lawrence University’s Board of Trustees. Enjoys all things outdoors – winter skiing, hiking, biking, etc.

Ryan Telfort is currently a Delivery Manager for strategic accounts at Palo Alto Networks. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the Technology industry. He earned a Bachelors of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering. Born in Georgetown, Guyana; Ryan is passionate about providing opportunities for those who are disadvantaged and achieving true equity in the World. Access to health and wellness resources is a substantial focus for Ryan. He is also a board member for two other entities. 

Nyema Woart is an Emergency Medicine physician practicing in Brooklyn, NY. With a deep-rooted passion for creating health equity, Dr. Woart focuses on serving underrepresented minority communities. Through his dedication and commitment, Dr. Woart aims to bridge the gap in access to healthcare and provide quality medical care to those who need it the most. Dr. Woart’s compassionate nature and unwavering commitment to his patients makes him a trusted and respected healthcare professional amongst his peers and within his community.
